Sale prices to fall in 2026?

As of May 2025, forecasts for U.S. home prices in 2026 vary, with most projections indicating modest increases rather than significant declines.

  • Goldman Sachs anticipates a 4.9% increase in home prices in 2026, following a 3.8% rise in 2025.

  • Capital Economics forecasts a 4.0% increase in home prices for both 2025 and 2026,

  • Moody’s projects a more modest growth, with home prices expected to rise by 0.9% in 2026, following a 0.3% increase in 2025. 

Why are HOA and Condo dues so high?
