Before you begin house hunting, it’s important to understand your budget. I’ll connect you with trusted mortgage professionals
who can review your financials and issue a pre-approval letter. This will give us a clear price range and strengthen your position when making an offer.

2. Define Your Needs and Priorities
Together, we’ll discuss your ideal location, home style, size, and must-have features.
I’ll use these criteria to identify homes that align with your goals, saving you time and narrowing the search to serious contenders.

3. Tour Homes
I’ll arrange private showings or accompany you to open houses, offering insight on property values, resale potential, and neighborhood trends.

4. Make a Competitive Offer
Once we’ve found the right home, I’ll guide you in preparing a strong, strategic offer. I’ll handle the negotiations, ensuring

Your lender will order a home appraisal and finalize your mortgage. I’ll remain in close contact with your loan
officer to ensure all documentation is in place and timelines are met.

7. Final Walkthrough
Shortly before closing, we’ll conduct a final walkthrough of the home to confirm it’s in the agreed-upon condition.
I’ll ensure that any negotiated repairs were completed and that everything is ready for move-in.

8. Closing Day
